Terms of Service

1. Who you are agreeing with

NUGANUGA is operated by NUGANUGA (테스트 운영 · 사업자 정보 등록 전), at 사업장 주소 미등록 (테스트 배포). You can reach us at legal@nuganuga.com. These terms govern your use of https://nuganuga.com and everything served from it, including the game sandbox.

By playing a game, creating an account, or publishing a game, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You can play without an account. A guest account is created for you so your scores can be ranked; it is still an account, and everything below applies to it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share it, and tell us at legal@nuganuga.com if you think someone else is using it.

You must be at least 14 years old to hold an account. If you are younger, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Fair play

Scores are competitive, so the platform verifies them. Every run is checked against what the game recorded, and runs that do not add up are refused or excluded from rankings.

The following will cost you your scores, and may cost you your account:

• submitting a score you did not play for, by any means
• automating play, including scripts, macros and emulated input
• holding more than one account to improve your own ranking
• interfering with another player’s session
• attacking the platform, the sandbox, or other users

4. Games you publish

You keep ownership of the games you publish. You grant NUGANUGA (테스트 운영 · 사업자 정보 등록 전) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for delivery, display and distribute them as part of the service, and to use their title, description and thumbnail to promote the service. The licence lasts as long as the game is published, plus the time it takes to remove it from backups and caches.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything in a game you publish — code, art, sound and text. If you used the AI Creator, the code it produced is yours to publish under these terms, but you are still the one who has to be right about what the game contains.

You may unpublish a game at any time. Scores already set on it remain part of the players’ records.

5. What may not be published

Games and any content you submit must not:

• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights
• contain sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way
• promote or facilitate violence, self-harm, or discrimination against a protected group
• attempt to read, alter or exfiltrate data from the player’s browser or from the platform
• reach the network, load remote code, or otherwise break out of the sandbox
• mislead a player about what the game does, or imitate another creator or brand

6. Moderation

Games are checked automatically before they go live and can be reported by anyone once they are. We may suspend a game or an account while we look at a report.

If we suspend or remove something of yours, we will tell you why, and you can reply to that decision at legal@nuganuga.com. We will look again at anything you dispute.

7. Advertising and revenue share

The service is funded by advertising. Ads are shown between games and on result screens, never during play.

Creators receive a share of the advertising revenue attributable to their games, calculated from what the advertising networks actually report and pay. Estimates shown in the Creator Console before a network settles are estimates, and are labelled as such; only settled amounts become a balance.

Payouts are made once a balance passes the minimum stated in the Creator Console, and once the tax information we are required to collect has been provided.

8. Availability

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. We do promise not to break it carelessly: changes that affect published games are announced in advance where we can, and the SDK keeps its published contract within a major version.

9. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, NUGANUGA (테스트 운영 · 사업자 정보 등록 전) is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can erase your account from the account settings page. What erasure does and does not remove is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may end your access if you break these terms, and will say which term and why.

11. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms materially, we will show the change on this page and, for account holders, notify you before it takes effect. The date at the top is the date of the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of 대한민국 (Republic of Korea).
